Your website content can be used for more than just to increase traffic to your website.  Of course, that is the main reason you want new and interesting website content.  It offers your web visitors something new and they keep coming back to see it.  It also serves to make the search engines happy with you supplying new website content, and they will rank your website higher when they find it.

But, did you know that you can use your website content in more ways than one – ways that will help increase your website business? 

One way to use all that website content that you have on your website (especially the website articles that have been on your site awhile) is to compile the articles together to create an e-book.  Your website articles all relate to one subject (your website niche topic) so it should be easy to put them together into a coherent book.  This will provide a convenient vessel for your web visitors to view all the articles in one place.  You can sell the e-book to your present website visitors or offer it as a free giveaway.  You can also offer the e-book for sale elsewhere (like on Clickbank) to make an extra amount of money and expand your web business.

Creating an e-book with your existing content should be an easy task.  All you have to do is gather the articles and group them into a logical chapter format.  Firstly, jot down a table of contents for your e-book and sort the articles according to that. 

If you want your e-book to be a bit more than just a repeat of the articles you have on your website, you can include other material sandwiched in with your existing articles for new information (and you can promote it as such).  Of course, you can write more articles yourself, or a better way may be to buy PLR articles in a package to add to your existing articles.  That way you have more content, and will save the time in the writing and researching of up-dated information.

Another way to use your website content to expand you web business is to exchange your articles with another website that is on the same (or similar) subject as yours.  You can let them print your articles while you get new material for your website from their articles. (Of course, you get to add your link into the articles they print so you have a better chance to improve website traffic to your site.)

You can also use your website content articles in an article marketing campaign.  Use your existing articles as a base for articles that you can add to an article website that links back to your website.  People reading your articles on the article website will click on the link back to you, so again you increase traffic to your website.  (Just as a hint, you may want to change the articles up a little to make them new and current to appeal to more readers.)

You can also take snippets of your current articles and turn them into a blog.  Use a paragraph or two of an existing article and use these snippets to offer advice on your niche subject in a blog format, which again links back to your website.  By doing this, you make it seem like you are the leading expert in your field and more people will be apt to visit your website – and because they trust you as an expert will be more inclined to buy something when they are there.
